Lane is a leading expert in isotropic superfinishing of gears for flight-critical and other high-end applications. Lane joined REM Surface Engineering in 1996 and has held multiple positions including Director of Services where he managed three ISF^® Service Process Centers covering theU.S. and European markets, supplying outsourced ISF^® Processing to the Aerospace, Racing, Power Generation and other industries. He is currently the Vice President of Technology. Lane has authored numerous patents and dozens of technical papers. Lane received a B.S. from Texas A&M University in 1991 and his MBA from Tulane University in 2005.
